I've lived here for over 8 years and have loved being part of the community on this estate. There is always a neighbour or two to chat to when walking outside. Our Kitchen Garden has brought a lot of joy to us over the years and remains a big bonus of living here - have loved being able to grow my own veg. We have an active TRA and pre-Covid put on some great events on the estate. The location is fantastic - easy for transport and on the weekends it's a short stroll to Stephanie's for a coffee by Belair Park or to the wonderful food and veg offerings of Herne Hill's Sunday Market. It's a peaceful estate with well tended green spaces, I feel very lucky to have called it home for so many years.
